Longevity & Metabolic Health
Longevity care is about healthspan: staying strong, clear-headed, and independent for as long as possible. We use your health history, relevant labs, metabolic markers, and daily habits to shape a plan for the decades ahead.
Plainly put
Prevention, personalized.
Midlife is a powerful time to look ahead. Changes in hormones, muscle, bone, blood sugar, and cardiovascular risk often begin quietly in your 40s and 50s.
Longevity care helps you understand where you stand today and which changes are most likely to matter for you. It is not about promises to stop aging. It is about informed choices and steady follow-through.
What may inform your plan
Four sources of insight
Which tests are appropriate depends on you. We order labs to answer a question, not to fill a panel.
History
Your health history
Personal and family history, medications, past results, and what you have already tried.
Labs
Relevant labs
Testing chosen for your situation, which may include thyroid, iron, vitamin D, kidney and liver function, and hormone-related labs when useful.
Metabolic
Metabolic markers
Measures such as blood pressure, waist circumference, fasting glucose, A1c, insulin, and lipids, including ApoB when appropriate.
Daily life
Your daily habits
Sleep, movement, strength, nutrition, stress, and alcohol. Small, consistent changes here often matter most.
Metabolic health
It was never about willpower.
During perimenopause and menopause, many women notice more weight around the midsection, a gradual loss of muscle, and changes in how their bodies respond to food, sleep, and exercise. That is why we focus on metabolic health and body composition, not just the number on the scale.
Measure
Body composition
We look beyond weight to track muscle, body fat, and changes over time. To confirm
Nourish
Nutrition
Practical guidance on protein, fiber, and meal patterns that fit your life. No extreme diets.
Build
Strength & movement
Strength training helps protect muscle and bone. We help you find a realistic starting point.
Restore
Sleep & recovery
Poor sleep affects appetite, energy, and mood. We look at what is getting in the way.
Treat
Clinician-guided treatment
When appropriate, prescription options, including GLP-1 therapy, with careful screening and follow-up.
IV therapy
IV therapy, explained plainly
IV therapy delivers fluids and selected vitamins or minerals directly into a vein. For most healthy people, a balanced diet provides the nutrients the body needs, and research on many wellness uses of IV therapy is still limited.
At L’Élysée, IV therapy is an optional service, offered only after a clinician confirms it is safe for you. It is not a treatment for menopause, a weight-loss method, or a substitute for medical care.
Safety first
Some conditions, including certain heart, kidney, or blood pressure conditions, and some medications can make IV fluids or specific nutrients unsafe. That is why screening comes first.
Editor note · IV options
List each IV option with its ingredients and approximate time. Describe each by its contents, and avoid claims about curing, detoxing, boosting immunity, or treating conditions.
From information to action

Relevant labs and measurements, with each one explained.

Working with your other doctors
Longevity care at L’Élysée complements your primary care and specialists. It doesn’t replace them. With your permission, we are glad to share results and coordinate. Screenings such as mammograms and colonoscopies stay with the appropriate providers.
A note on yoga
Yoga at L’Élysée is offered as a supportive wellness practice. It does not treat menopause, cause weight loss, or balance hormones, and it is not a replacement for medical care. Many people simply find it a steady, welcoming way to move.
