The assessment is designed especially for women 40 and over, and it is open to all adult patients looking for thoughtful, personalized care.

What to expect
Before, during, and after your visit
Before
Book online and complete your intake forms through the secure patient portal. Gather your medication list and any recent lab results.
During
An unhurried conversation with Dr. Sylvie about your symptoms, history, and goals, plus any relevant measurements. To confirm
Your plan
Clear recommendations, which may include labs, treatment options, aesthetic care, or yoga. You can ask whether yoga fits your goals.
After
We schedule follow-up to review results and adjust your plan. You decide what to move forward with.
What to bring
- A list of current medications and supplements, with doses
- Recent lab results or records you’d like reviewed
- Notes on your cycle and symptoms, if you track them
- Your questions. All of them.
- Photo ID and insurance card, if applicable
In person or by telehealth
Menopause and weight-loss care can start by secure video. Aesthetic treatments and IV therapy happen in person in Southlake. How telehealth works.
